Movement Hacker, Lissa Michalak Gives You Scoop on Getting and Keeping Yourself Out of Pain
Lissa Michalak (NASM-CPT, DEP, RSMT/E, Kane School Pilates) is a movement hacker who can show you how to access your body's natural healing protocols using movement. She's been a movement and fitness nerd since the early '90s, and has injured pretty much everything at least once. And she still trains Shaolin kung fu, turns cartwheels, and does all the fun things without pain.
She lives and works in New York City, helping both entrepreneurs and employees to heal their bodies, and accept the radical notion that it's possible to life a pain-free life.
You might find her online referencing obscure graphic novels or offline hanging out in cadaver labs.
