A good friend of mine asked these questions the other day. "How do you feel about ghosting? What does it mean to you and what should you do about it?"
It got me thinking about what it might mean and why it happens. This episode delves into these ideas and will give you some strategies for handling the situation and more importantly your own feelings.
How do you feel about ghosting? Has it happened to you? Have you done it? Comment and let me know.

Ryan Hayashi is a modern-day samurai. He was born in Canada and now lives in Mannheim, Germany where he lectures at the University of Mannheim. He began the study of martial arts at the age of nine and is martial arts sensei, or teacher, today.
He also spent time living and training in Tokyo, Japan. He studied at the world headquarters school of the Japan Karate Association. He is also a medal-winning competitor in martial arts and in 2011 received an astounding 9.9 at the Martial Arts World Championship.
When he isn’t teaching his martial arts students or appearing live on Television and showcasing his incredible skills, Ryan Hayashi travels the world and performs. He appeared on Fool US with Penn and Teller, and he fooled them! He recently visited the USA and appeared at a number of conferences and events including the Habitude Warrior Conferences in San Diego and Dallas and The Magic Castle in LA.
I’m thrilled to welcome Ryan to the Creative Mindset and learn more about his Samurai practice, concentration strategies, and how he combines art, science, history, and the martial arts in his work and life.
